The QA Lead is responsible for ensuring end-to-end testing coverage across finance, supply chain, and operations modules, and for leading QA activities from system testing through UAT and go-live.

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Dynamics 365 F&O projects

Define test approaches, test plans, scenarios, and test cases aligned with business requirements

Oversee functional, integration, regression, data migration, and UAT testing

Validate configurations, customizations, extensions, workflows, and integrations

Coordinate defect management, including triage, prioritization, and resolution

Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across finance and operations processes

Provide QA status updates, metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders

Support release readiness, cutover activities, and post-go-live validation

Mentor and guide QA team members and testers

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a QA Lead for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX implementations

Strong understanding of D365 F&O functional modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.)

Experience testing customizations, extensions, and integrations

Solid knowledge of end-to-end business processes in ERP environments

Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
