What you will do:
Design, develop, and deploy solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365
Integrate and deploy APIs using the Azure Stack (e.g., Azure Functions, API Management)
Develop and maintain 3rd-party integrations (e.g., REST APIs to/from MuleSoft, SAP)
Ensure compliance with development guidelines through code reviews and quality assurance
Conduct software testing and deployment to ensure stability and performance
Provide 2nd or 3rd-level support for applications and systems
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Application Managers to maintain system reliability
Document solutions and processes for future reference
What you bring & who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in software development
2+ years of experience developing Microsoft Power Platform/Microsoft Dynamics, with relevant certifications
Ideally, functional consultant expertise in one or more Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Engagement, Field Service, Project, Marketing)
Beneficial: Experience in requirements engineering or business process engineering
Self-motivated and proactive, with strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
A fast learner who thrives in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment
Fluent in English (business language); German and/or Spanish are a plus
