This role will support the development of required technical, systems, and functional architecture views, design documents, security documentation, and technical plans. Primary duties will include collaboration with stakeholders, business representatives and subject matter experts to identify and analyze capability gaps and translate strategic objectives into the development or enhancement of Dynamics CRM system capabilities by creating, implementing and maintaining solutions in Dynamics CRM. They will largely be responsible for the development and enhancement of current Microsoft Power Apps, Dynamics CRM, and Online 365 applications. They will also troubleshoot and resolve assigned support tickets, develop, and maintain existing workflows and plugins within Dynamics CRM to support systems engineering lifecycle activities.
 
Job Duties:
•         Responsible for the development, and on-going support of custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
•        
•         Design and implement MS Dynamics CRM solutions to be fully compliant with customer business processes
•        
•         Participate in product development activities such as assisting in evaluation of architecture, design and reviewing QA and leading UAT/deployment efforts
•         Keep a documented knowledge base that is both technical and functional
•         Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, software architects and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
•         Collaborate with department leads to write requirements and identify CRM-based solutions for improving data access and integrity throughout the company.
•         Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
