Job Description

We are seeking a talented Dynamics CRM Architect. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients using the Dynamics CRM platform.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Architect or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of the Dynamics CRM platform, including Dynamics 365 CE, Sales, Customer Service, and/or Field Service
• Strong understanding of CRM system architecture, customization, and integration
• Experience in designing and implementing complex CRM solutions
• Proficient in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-900, MB-200, MB-400) are preferred
