Overview of Role

Due to rapid growth in our Digital Practice we are currently recruiting for an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architects to join the existing team of D365 , Power Platform and Data professionals. As a senior D365 architect, the selected candidate will be providing strategic consultancy, advisory and governance on the delivery of complex, strategic & impactful solutions for many household names in the private & public sector.

Key Role Responsibilities

Drive Dynamics 365 implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.

Serve as the main solution, design, compliance, and governance to design point of contact throughout all project phases. Deep expertise across the majority of D365 Sales, Customer Service and marketing-related modules

Effectively manage issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets the clients' needs and requirements.

Work with Business Analyst(s) to identify the client's requirements through discovery meetings and drive the solution using appropriate technology and business applications ensuring an OOTB approach where possible.

Advise and guide the client and become their trusted advisor in anything related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications and architecture.

Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customisations.

Mentor and guide other members of the team to bring them on the journey to being accomplished and competent consultants with a path to a Solution Architect role.

Develop and continue to refine Dynamics 365 implementation standards and tools.

Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.

Collaborate with peer Solution Architects as required regarding standards, quality, documentation and product knowledge.

Work with and support the Sales Team and Sales Specialists in producing Statements of Work to support projects.

Support Pre-Sales and Sales Specialists where required on tender responses and input into designs and approaches to enable winning of bids.

Work with and support Digital Director with Standards, Technology Reviews, New Opportunities and career development plans for individuals within the Ergo Digital Practice. Provide D365 and Power Platform-related technology and market insights which act as inputs for Ergo’s Digital Practice strategic direction.

Education, Qualifications and Skills

Third level qualification in a related discipline or equivalent experience

7+ years’ experience in Dynamics 365 with at least 3 in a Dynamics Solution Architect role

Relevant Microsoft D365 certifications in some of Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Power Platform
