Join our client – a regional leader in digital banking innovation – as a Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Insights Expert and help them unlock the full business potential of the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the optimal use and continuous improvement of the Dynamics 365 platform across the organization.

You will follow the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights and play a key role in adapting these innovations to client’s business processes.


Responsibilities:
• Continuously monitor changes and new features in Microsoft D365 Sales and Customer Insights, supporting the adoption of relevant innovations
• Gather, organize, and share D365-related information through trainings and demos for business and IT stakeholders
• Collaborate with Retail Customer Tribe and other departments to understand business needs and propose platform-based solutions in line with IT strategy
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of customer value support systems
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external IT experts and vendors
• Design architecture for Dynamics solutions in line with business and risk requirements, while meeting bank-wide architectural and security standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and specifications
• Support and ensure quality of proposed solutions during implementation
• Cooperate with enterprise, data, infrastructure, cloud architects and external technology specialists


Requirements:
• University or college degree in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies and services
• Experience with system integration technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, creative, and team-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies and methodologies
