Wat ga je doen?

Als Dynamics 365 CE Consultant speel je een cruciale rol in het implementeren van Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement-oplossingen voor onze klanten. Jij vertaalt hun wensen naar oplossingen die bedrijfsprocessen optimaliseren. Je werkzaamheden omvatten:

• Inventariseren van klantbehoeften en deze omzetten in oplossingen binnen Dynamics 365 CE met focus op Customer Insights: Data en Journeys

• Ontwerpen en configureren van oplossingen in Dynamics 365 CE en Power Platform-toepassingen

• Samenwerken met ons Microsoft-team, op kantoor of bij de klant

• Begeleiden van het implementatietraject, gebruikmakend van de nieuwste technologieën, waaronder Microsoft Copilot

• Delen van kennis binnen het team en bijdragen aan een cultuur van samenwerking en ontwikkeling
