County Animal Hospital is a well-established, progressive, fast paced 5 doctor, companion animal + exotics general practice located in Manchester, MO. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, High Speed Dentistry, Cold Laser Therapy, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body and dental radiology, Ultrasonography, cone beam CT, Underwater Treadmill, Chemotherapy, Orthopedic & Soft Tissue Surgery, Rehabilitation, Arthroscopy and more! We are proud to be an AAHA certified hospital since 1955.

County Animal Hospital is located in beautiful Manchester. The proximity to St. Louis allows for easy commute to Downtown St. Louis.
