As the Duty Manager at Villa Haven, you will oversee the daily operations of the Front Office. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional guest experiences by managing guest interactions, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards throughout the resort.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and guest service software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English& Russian; additional languages are a plus.
