We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Duty Engineer (Turkish) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of critical systems within our facility, while providing technical support in both Turkish and English languages.

• Monitor and maintain facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement appropriate solutions
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues across various engineering disciplines
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and logs in both Turkish and English
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and safety
• Ensure compliance with local engineering standards and regulations in the UAE
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar engineering role
• Fluency in Turkish language (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English
• Experience in handling emergency situations and critical systems
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures
• Knowledge of local engineering standards and regulations in the UAE
• Relevant engineering certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer certification) preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
