Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant to join our innovative Online Media Department. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them in enhancing their online presence through our search engine services. Your proficiency in the Dutch language, paired with your customer service abilities, will ensure clients receive the guidance they need to thrive in their advertising campaigns.
As a Customer Consultant, your main responsibilities will include resolving client inquiries, providing technical support, and educating clients on best practices for utilizing search engine tools effectively. You will be a key player in fostering relationships with clients and addressing their unique needs while collaborating with our internal teams to drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Deliver expert support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding our search engine services via phone, email, and chat
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to online media campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-up
• Guide clients in optimizing their search engine strategies and advertising approaches
• Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve client experiences
• Gather client feedback to inform service improvements
• Engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of current search engine trends and tools
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Able to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a dynamic work environment
• Relevant experience in customer service, preferably within online media or digital marketing, is advantageous
• A self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
