Dutch-Speaking Payment Solutions Advisor Sought - Relocation to Sofia, Bulgaria

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch-Speaking Payment Solutions Advisor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to Dutch-speaking clients on payment solutions, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent client satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand payment-related needs and deliver effective solutions. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in payment services within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise Dutch-speaking clients on payment solutions and services
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored payment options
• Support clients in resolving payment-related issues efficiently
• Collaborate with internal departments to implement payment solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and payment cases
• Stay updated on industry trends, payment technologies, and regulatory changes
• Assist in onboarding new clients and training on payment services

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems and financial services is an advantage
• Ability to maintain high standards through attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive error correction.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a client-focused mindset
• Previous experience in payment advisory, customer support, or related roles preferred
• Willingness to work in Sofia, Bulgaria
