As a Dutch-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will provide top-tier technical and customer support to Dutch-speaking clients using iRobot products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Dutch-speaking iRobot customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot products
• Guide customers on product usage and maintenance best practices
• Document support interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Contribute to the enhancement of support documentation and resources

Requirements:
