Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Streaming TV & Movie Services Department! In this dynamic Junior role, you will be the main point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance as they enjoy our range of streaming services. Your proficiency in Dutch will be crucial in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for our viewers.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with questions related to account management, streaming options, and technical issues
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex user issues and improve service delivery
• Provide insights about new features, promotions, and content recommendations
• Gather user feedback to enhance our services and user experience
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up with industry trends and platform updates
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, particularly in the streaming or entertainment industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools
