Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Real Estate Management Department! In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them navigate various inquiries related to real estate services and management. Your ability to communicate fluently in Dutch will be key in delivering effective and efficient service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to real estate management services
• Document all client interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the real estate management team to resolve client issues
• Provide clients with detailed information on properties, services, and market insights
• Gather feedback from clients to enhance service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on real estate trends and tools

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, ideally within the real estate or property management sectors
