Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Logistics & Shipping Department! In this vital Junior position role, you will be the go-to support for our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics and shipping services. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will ensure our clients receive the best support possible.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding shipping processes, tracking, and logistics solutions
• Document interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex shipping and logistics issues
• Provide clients with detailed information regarding service options and delivery times
• Gather feedback from customers to improve service quality
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on service offerings and best practices

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally in logistics or shipping
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to service
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries efficiently
