Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Logistics & Shipping Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Logistics & Shipping Department! In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients as they navigate our logistics and shipping services. Your language skills will be key in fostering effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for logistics and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will work collaboratively with our team to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions related to shipping and logistics services
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Provide clients with timely updates regarding their shipments and logistics inquiries
• Gather customer feedback to help improve service delivery
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product and service knowledge

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and logistics management systems
