Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Home Security & Alarm Systems Department! In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them with inquiries related to their home security systems and ensuring their peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding home security products and services
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Provide guidance on troubleshooting and maintaining security systems
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service offerings
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and security protocols

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the home security or technology sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
