In this engaging role, you will be the go-to support expert for our Dutch-speaking clients within the gaming community. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via email, phone, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding gaming services, events, and account management
• Document client interactions accurately in our customer support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex client issues
• Provide information on upcoming Esports events and gaming updates
• Collect client feedback to assist in service improvement
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on gaming trends and company offerings

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, ideally associated with gaming or Esports
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of the Esports landscape
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a high-energy environment
• Proficient with customer support software and online communication tools
