Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding car leasing options and financing processes
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide clients with detailed information about various leasing and financing options
• Gather customer feedback to improve our service offerings
• Engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of car leasing and financing

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the automotive or financing sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach toward ensuring client satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM systems
