Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Automotive Insurance & Claims Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department! In this essential role, you will assist our Dutch-speaking clients with their inquiries related to automotive insurance and claims processing. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will be key in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service as they navigate their insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding their automotive insurance policies and claims
• Document client interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems
• Collaborate with claims adjusters and underwriting teams to resolve complex inquiries
• Provide guidance on the claims process and necessary documentation
• Gather customer feedback to improve our services and processes
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated about industry changes and policies

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or automotive sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach toward client satisfaction and issue resolution
• Ability to multitask and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and insurance claims processes
