Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated customer support to Dutch-speaking clients
• Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality of customer service
• Support onboarding and training activities for new clients
• Stay informed of company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting roles preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation costs covered
