In this role, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-tier support to customers in Dutch and English. Your commitment to excellent communication and problem-solving will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Provide professional customer service in Dutch and English via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions
• Collect feedback and contribute to continuous service improvements
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch, and proficiency in English, is required.
