Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for the world's leading travel company, based in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to travel bookings, destinations, and services.

Your fluency in Dutch will be key in delivering outstanding customer experiences as you help clients plan their unforgettable travel adventures, resolve booking issues, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries
• Assist customers with flight and accommodation bookings, modifications, and cancellations
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance service quality and offerings
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and promotions to provide informed assistance


Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for travel
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills
• Genuine interest in helping customers create memorable travel experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
