Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Travel & Hospitality Company. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries, bookings, and hospitality needs.
Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you guide clients through various booking processes, resolve issues, and enhance their overall travel experience. You will play a significant role in helping travelers have a seamless and enjoyable journey.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries
• Assist customers with flight and hotel bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and with professionalism
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and address concerns proactively
• Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and ability to handle inquiries proactively
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
