Mercier Consultancy is partnering with one of the top electronics companies to find a motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers seeking assistance with their electronics products and services.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in providing exceptional service, helping customers with inquiries about product specifications, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders. As part of our customer-centric team, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction while representing a leading brand in the electronics industry.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for electronics-related inquiries
• Assist customers in understanding product features, specifications, and usage
• Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions promptly
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Gather customer feedback to help improve the products and services offered
• Stay informed about the latest electronics trends and product offerings
Requirements:
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving attitude
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in electronics or technology, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for technology and an eagerness to help customers make the most of their purchases
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
Benefits:
