Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Streaming Services, based in beautiful Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their streaming subscriptions and service usage.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you help clients navigate the streaming platform, resolve technical issues, and offer recommendations to enhance their viewing experience. As part of our dedicated team, you will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and retention in the fast-paced world of entertainment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding streaming service inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist customers with account management
• Provide information on content availability, promotions, and subscription options
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries effectively
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings
• Stay updated on the latest trends in streaming services and entertainment
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the entertainment or technology sectors, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in streaming services and a passion for enhancing customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
