Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Streaming Services, with a chance to work in beautiful Greece. In this exciting role, you will provide excellent support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their streaming services and enhancing their viewing experience.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you help clients navigate the platform, troubleshoot issues, and answer any questions they may have about our range of streaming content. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in the competitive world of digital entertainment.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat concerning streaming services
• Assist customers with account management, subscription queries, and technical issues
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather customer feedback to improve our service offerings and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about the latest trends in streaming services and content availability
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in tech or entertainment, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Genuine interest in streaming services and entertainment, eager to assist customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
