Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Smart Home Technology Department. In this exciting position, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to smart home products and services.

Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them understand their smart home technology, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have a seamless experience with our products. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting the benefits of smart home solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding smart home technology
• Assist clients with product setup, usage questions, and troubleshooting
• Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with product and technical support teams to resolve customer concerns
• Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience
• Stay current with smart home technology trends and product features
• Engage in continuous training to enhance technical knowledge and customer service skills


Requirements:
• Fluency in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
