Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Smart Home Technology Company. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to innovative smart home products and solutions.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you guide clients through product functionalities, troubleshoot technical concerns, and ensure a seamless user experience with their smart home technologies. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving engagement with our cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for smart home technology inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices
• Educate clients on product features and provide guidance on usage
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex inquiries effectively
• Gather feedback from customers to inform improvements in service and product offerings
• Stay updated on the latest trends in smart home technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or smart home products, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in smart home technologies and helping customers optimize their experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
