Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Renewable Energy industry. In this impactful role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and concerns related to renewable energy solutions and services.

Your expertise in the Dutch language will be crucial in communicating effectively with customers, helping them understand our offerings, addressing any service issues, and promoting sustainable energy practices. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding renewable energy products and services
• Assist clients with questions about renewable energy solutions, installation processes, and maintenance
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex issues
• Gather client feedback to enhance our services and offerings continuously
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in renewable energy

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy sector, is desirable
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for renewable energy and helping customers make sustainable choices
