Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Online Shopping Platforms Department. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their shopping inquiries and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you guide customers through our platforms, addressing their questions regarding product availability, order status, returns, and any other concerns they may encounter. You will play a key role in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding online shopping inquiries
• Assist customers with orders, product details, and returns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
