Mercier Consultancy is looking for a talented Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Online Retail Department for one of our clients. In this vital entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their online shopping inquiries and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you engage with clients, helping them navigate our e-commerce platform, resolve issues with orders, and answer questions related to products and services. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and returns
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence
• Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement in our retail services
• Stay informed about promotions, new products, and online retail trends

Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly within the e-commerce or retail sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
