Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Online Education Platform based in Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers as they navigate their educational journeys on our innovative platform.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential for assisting clients with inquiries regarding course offerings, registration processes, and technical support, ensuring they have a seamless experience. You will play a key role in promoting our commitment to quality education and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding online education inquiries
• Assist customers with course selection, registration, and accessing educational materials
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through platform functionalities
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with educational teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Gather and relay customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience
• Stay updated on the latest trends in online education and technology
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for education
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in education or technology, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Genuine interest in helping others succeed in their educational pursuits
• Familiarity with customer support software and learning management systems is a plus
