Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Manufacturing industry division. In this important role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about our manufacturing products and services.
Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you help clients navigate our offerings, resolve order issues, and address product-related questions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat related to manufacturing products
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product specifications, order status, and shipping information
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and product complaints efficiently
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Gather customer feedback to improve our products and services continuously
• Stay informed about manufacturing trends and technological advancements in our industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in manufacturing or technical environments, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in manufacturing processes and supporting customers effectively
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
