Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading travel company, based in the beautiful setting of Greece. In this essential role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with travel inquiries, bookings, and creating unforgettable travel experiences.
Your fluency in Dutch will be vital in helping clients navigate travel options, resolve issues, and ensure that their needs are met throughout their journey. Your commitment to exceptional customer service will enhance the overall travel experience and contribute to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries
• Assist customers with travel bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with travel partners and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather feedback from customers to inform improvements and enhance service offerings
• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and promotions
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
