Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Household Appliances Company in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of household appliances.
Your fluency in Dutch will be pivotal as you guide customers through product information, order processing, and troubleshooting. Your commitment to delivering high-quality customer service will help foster customer satisfaction and loyalty within this rapidly growing sector.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding household appliances
• Assist customers with product inquiries, availability, and order status
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues effectively and professionally
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to inform enhancements to our products and services
• Stay informed about new products and trends in the household appliances industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in retail or consumer electronics, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Interest in household appliances and a passion for helping customers
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
