Job Description

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. In this dynamic Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking clients looking to book accommodations and enjoy enriching hospitality services.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist customers with their hotel reservations, answer inquiries about available amenities, and address any concerns they may have during their booking experience. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring seamless and memorable stays for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding hotel reservations and hospitality inquiries
• Assist clients with booking processes, modifications, and cancellations while providing information about hotel options and amenities
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with hotel partners and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our hotel and hospitality services
• Stay updated on hotel trends and offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients


Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality sector, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and hospitality, eager to enhance client experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
