Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team specializing in the Government & Public Sector industry. In this critical role, you will provide essential support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to public services and government programs.

Your fluency in Dutch will be fundamental in helping clients navigate complex information, resolve issues, and understand the services available to them. Your expertise in customer service will enhance the experience of our users and ensure efficient communication between the government and its constituents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding government services and programs
• Assist clients with inquiries related to public sector resources, applications, and processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring timely responses to customer needs
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service delivery
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help enhance our offerings
• Stay informed about changes in public policies and government services

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and capability to handle sensitive inquiries
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the public sector or related fields, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work efficiently in a structured environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
• Genuine interest in public service and assisting clients in navigating government processes
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
