Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this dynamic Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries about our wide range of fitness and sports equipment.
Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to help clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to promoting healthier lifestyles through quality sports and fitness products while ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and returns
• Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer issues
• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and fitness-related knowledge to provide informed recommendations
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our offerings and service quality
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the fitness or sports industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine passion for fitness and helping customers choose the right products for their needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
