Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Fashion & Apparel Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fashion & Apparel Department. In this exciting role, you will provide top-notch support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with inquiries related to our latest fashion collections and apparel services.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist clients with product details, order status, returns, and styling advice. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, fashion trends, sizes, and availability
• Handle order processing, returns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the merchandising and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order delivery
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our product offerings and services
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends to provide informed recommendations to customers

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and a keen eye for fashion
• Experience in customer service, particularly in fashion or retail, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Passion for fashion and helping customers express their personal style
• Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
