Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative within our Fashion & Apparel Department for one of our clients. In this vibrant entry level role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with various inquiries related to our fashion products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Your fluency in Dutch will be a key asset as you engage with clients, helping them find the perfect items, addressing product-related questions, and resolving any concerns that may arise. As part of our committed team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and brand loyalty within the fashion sector.
Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat channels regarding fashion and apparel inquiries
• Assist customers with product details, styling advice, order processing, and returns
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently to enhance their experience
• Document customer interactions and follow-up actions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the merchandising and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve our product offerings and services
• Stay informed about fashion trends, promotions, and new arrivals to provide knowledgeable recommendations
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple inquiries
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in fashion or retail, is preferred
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
• Passion for fashion and a genuine interest in helping customers express their personal style
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
