Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Education & E-Learning Department. In this important Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our online educational platforms and resources.
Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to help clients navigate course offerings, technical issues, and registration processes, ensuring they receive the assistance they need for a successful learning experience. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to providing high-quality educational services.
Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding e-learning inquiries
• Assist customers in understanding courses, enrollment processes, and platform functionalities
• Provide technical support to users experiencing issues with the learning platforms
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the education and technical teams to resolve complex inquiries
• Gather and relay customer feedback to support improvements in educational offerings
• Stay updated on trends in the education and e-learning industry
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in education or e-learning, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for education and assisting customers in their learning journeys
• Familiarity with customer support software and e-learning platforms is a plus
