Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Eco-Friendly Products Department. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers who are interested in our range of sustainable and eco-friendly products.

Your fluency in Dutch will be key in assisting clients with inquiries regarding product details, sourcing information, and order management. As a representative of our commitment to sustainability, you will help educate customers on the benefits of choosing eco-friendly options, enhancing their shopping experience and fostering a greener lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding eco-friendly products
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product features, availability, and environmental benefits
• Handle order processing, shipping inquiries, and returns
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the product management team to stay informed about new offerings and sustainability initiatives
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our product offerings and services
• Promote awareness of eco-friendly practices and the importance of sustainability

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in eco-friendly or retail environments, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products is a plus
