Dutch Speaking Customer Service for E-commerce Department

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our E-commerce Department. In this important role, you will provide top-notch support to our Dutch-speaking customers, helping them navigate our online shopping platform and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you assist clients with inquiries about product details, order status, returns, and any other concerns they may have. Your expertise and customer-focused approach will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty within our e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, orders, and returns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement of our services
• Stay informed about current promotions, products, and trends within the e-commerce industry

Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for online shopping and helping customers find the best solutions
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
