Mercier Consultancy is seeking a proficient Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a leading Digital Travel Company, based in Greece. This dynamic role involves assisting Dutch-speaking customers with their travel-related inquiries and bookings through digital platforms.
Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through the online travel booking process, answering questions, and resolving any issues promptly to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in Dutch for travel-related inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with booking travel packages, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and digital platforms
• Stay current with travel industry trends, digital booking technologies, and promotions
Requirements:
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or digital services industry, is an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent multitasking abilities
• Passion for travel and digital technology
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is a plus
