Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Digital Travel Company, based in Greece. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and digital travel services.
Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive assistance and personalized support as they plan their travel experiences. You will be instrumental in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat for travel-related inquiries
• Assist customers with booking processes, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Gather customer feedback to improve our digital travel offerings and user experience
• Stay informed about travel trends and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for travel
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Genuine interest in travel and helping customers create memorable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
