Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Digital Marketing Platform team. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our innovative digital marketing solutions.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you guide clients through the features of our platform, address their questions, and help them resolve any issues they may encounter. Your expertise in customer service will help foster strong relationships and enhance the user experience on our digital marketing platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch across various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries about platform features, troubleshooting, and account management
• Provide technical support and help users navigate the digital marketing tools effectively
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Gather and relay customer feedback to facilitate continuous improvement
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in technology or digital marketing, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
