Mercier Consultancy is looking for a talented Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Digital Marketing & SEO Solutions Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries about our digital marketing services and helping them optimize their online presence.

Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing valuable insights on SEO strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and performance metrics. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to their success in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch related to digital marketing and SEO solutions via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients in understanding our services, tools, and best practices for effective digital marketing

• Collaborate with the marketing team to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions
