Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client, a leading Cybersecurity Company. In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to cybersecurity products and services.
Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you help clients navigate their concerns regarding security solutions, provide product information, and resolve any issues they encounter. You will play a key role in promoting a safe digital environment for our customers through excellent service and support.
Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity inquiries
• Assist customers with product details, technical support, and security concerns
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance our product offerings and service quality
• Stay informed about the latest trends in cybersecurity to provide knowledgeable assistance
Requirements:
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a keen interest in cybersecurity
• Experience in customer service, particularly in technology or cybersecurity, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Genuine interest in cybersecurity and helping customers protect their digital assets
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
